Technogel Pillow Return Policy
We want you to love your Technogel pillow, but if it’s not the right fit, we’re here to help.
Try your new Technogel pillow for 30 days. If you are unsatisfied, feel free to return the pillow for a refund.
Return Eligibility
- Try the product for 30 nights to allow proper adjustment.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Pillows must be in original, unmodified condition (no stains, damage, or alterations).
- Only pillows purchased directly from Technogel USA are eligible for return under this policy.
Return Process
- Include a copy of your order number or receipt.

Refund Timeline
- Once your return is recieved and inspected, the refund to be processed with in 10 days. Your bank or credit card issuer may require an additional 3-5 business days to post the credit to your account.
