We want you to love your Technogel pillow, but if it’s not the right fit, we’re here to help.

Try your new Technogel pillow for 30 days. If you are unsatisfied, feel free to return the pillow for a full refund.

Return Eligibility
  • Try the product for 30 nights to allow proper adjustment.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Pillows must be in like-new, unmodified condition (no stains, damage, or alterations).
  • Only pillows purchased directly from Technogel USA are eligible for return under this policy.

  2. Include a copy of your order number or receipt.
  3. A return shipping label will be emailed to you.

Refund Timeline
  • Once your return is received and inspected, the refund to be processed with in 5 days. Your bank or credit card issuer may require an additional 3-5 business days to post the credit to your account.

Technogel Warranty

Dear Customer,
thank you for choosing a Technogel® pillow.  Our pillows are made in Italy using only the highest quality materials. Technogel® is a plasticizer-free polyurethane gel. It has unique heat dispersion properties, and the ability to distribute pressure from your body in all three dimensions.

The cover is made from 100% pure cotton. This cover is treated with an active 
biocidal substance: zinc pyrithione. Benefits of this treatment: freshness and 
odor-resistant products. 
The pillow has a second removable cover. It is treated with octyl-isothiazolinone 
and benzisothiazolinone which are active antimicrobial substances that 
provide a reliable antifungal and antibacterial effect, and are effective against 
dust mites. Wash the cover according to the instructions on the label. 
Care Instructions:

• Do not expose to sunlight, UV rays or sources of heat above 43 °C.
• Preferably store in a dry place between 18°C and 32°C.
• Preferably use the pillow in an environment between 18°C and 25°C. 
• The pillow is conceived solely for supporting the head of people.
• Not suitable for children under the age of 36 months.
• Avoid contact with sharp objects or edges that could tear or cut the pillow.
• Do not wash or dry clean. Spot clean only.
• Store in a dry, ventilated place.
• Leave the pillow out of its packaging in a dry, ventilated place for at least 12 
hour before using it for the first time.
• Pillow protector recommended.
• Do not remove the internal protective cover. It is not intended to be detached 
from the product at any time; the guarantee is void if the protective cover is 
opened or broken.
Guarantee terms
The pillow core is guaranteed against component and manufacturing faults for 
a period of three (3) years from date of purchase and must be accompanied by 
the original receipt of the purchase.

The warranty does not cover faults caused by improper use, lack of care or 
damage that is not directly the fault of the manufacturer.
The warranty does not contemplate the payment of damages, direct or indirect, 
of any nature whatsoever, for injuries to persons or other deriving from 
improper use.
