Technogel Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding Federal holidays within the United States. Please note that orders do not ship the same day they are placed. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.

Occasionally, our distribution center may be closed due to holidays or during our annual inventory count. During these times, orders will not be processed or shipped until operations resume.


Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed, the shipping timeframe begins. Delivery time estimates are based on the day the order ships, not the day the order is placed.

All Technogel USA orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your shipping destination and the carrier’s network.

Please note:

  • Shipping times are in addition to the 1–3 business day processing period.

  • Orders do not ship on weekends or national holidays.

  • Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.).


Shipping Restrictions

Some products may require special handling as specified by federal, state, or local regulations. We comply with all applicable shipping regulations; therefore, certain products may not be eligible for delivery to specific locations.

At this time, Technogel only ships to addresses within the continental United States. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
